iCare Child Development Center was born from a local mother’s desire to see young children nurtured academically, socially, emotionally, and physically in a small, home-like setting, and from a great need for more quality childcare in the nearby neighborhoods. In October 2012, iCare opened as an in-home daycare licensed for 6 children. By January 2013, iCare was at full enrollment, and quickly began to outgrow our in-home space. In May 2013, iCare moved to 7 Anniston Ave and became a Group Daycare Home licensed for 18 children. Currently, iCare is considered a small childcare learning center licensed for 22 children
